Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy
If you do need to return a product for refund or exchange, please contact
us within 30 days of product receipt, and we will provide specific instructions.
Please DO NOT send returns without contacting
us first.
Our refund policy is as follows:
For new, unused products returned within 30 days of your receipt and received
in good condition, we will provide a full refund or exchange credit, excluding
shipping costs. If the return or exchange is due to our error, we will also
credit you for the original shipping costs.
Please note:
- We cannot accept any return beyond 30 days after it was received.
- Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is because of our
error or due to damage in transit.
- Sorry, but DVDs can only be exchanged for exact item unless we receive
it unopened.

return. We cannot
be held responsible for unidentified returns, or those sent to
